Terms and Conditions:

1. Full Payment

Full payment must be made prior to the arrangement of installation services.

2. Installation Arrangements

We only arrange installation services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is ready and accessible at the agreed time, including preparing the residence pass in advance if needed to avoid time wasting.

The installer will spend approximately 2 hour per lock installation and setting.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure that the installation site meets all necessary requirements such as ready WIFI connection , and complies with local regulations. 

Any delays or additional costs due to site conditions will be the customer’s responsibility. 

Charges may applied for extra or seperate installation days required.”

Customers are requested to take care of pets, including dogs, if any, during the installation to avoid any attack, fear, shock, injury, or potential bites to our installer.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please inform us at least 3 days in advance.

In the event of any sudden cancellation from customer side, especially when our installer already depart or arrive the site, we will charge a fee to cover man labor and transportation costs, as we have already reserved a slot for your service.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date, with the products are in original condition.

Refunds are not provided for completed installations or delivered products, except in cases where the product is found to be defective within the warranty period.

If a refund is approved for other reasons, it will be processed after deducting any costs incurred, including man labor, transportation, and administrative fees.

6. Warranty

We offer a 2-years warranty for the Smart Lock and a 1-Year warranty for the devices against defects, both starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects* in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.                                 

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather condition, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons.
